A handgagged and helpless Edith about to be iced

Having foiled their escape attempt, the treasure hunter decides to make Indy and Edith Shark food. They walk the plank as he commands, but just as they are off the ship, a Nazi torpedo sinks it. Irony of Ironies, the U boat crew rescues Indy and Edith and takes them to a nearby port (the story takes place prior to the outbreak of WW2 and though relations are strained, Germany and the US of A are not at war yet.)
